• New Smyrna Beach Ambulatory Care Center is licensed and certified by the State of Florida as a free standing Surgical Center. ​

• State Law also requires physicians with an ownership interest in a medical facility, to which the physician refers, to disclose to the referral patient this ownership interest.

• Mark Nagrani, M.D. is the owner of New Smyrna Beach Ambulatory Care Center.

• You are being informed of this ownership interest to comply with State Law as well as to offer you an opportunity to select another provider for your surgical services if you so desire.
